by BigL16 You're out of luck. The expansion comes with some cardboard chits that represent extra reanimates, but they're only available after getting the proper advance.
View ArticleThread: Runewars:: Rules:: Starting recruitment - any area?
by MrMT The starting recruitment rules appear contradictory. The normal rule is you can only recruit in a stronghold. But Setup point 6 states you can place your starting units in any area of your home...

by Budgernaut For the starting units, you can place them anywhere in your homerealm. After setup, when you recruit more units, they must be placed in a hex with a friendly stronghold.

View ArticleThread: Runewars:: Variants:: House ruling a better siege tower?

by Anduin I agree that it comes down to the whole faction. The daqan lords need a weaker hex-unit because they have strong square units. Also, the elves do not even have a hex unit to begin with :)
View ArticleThread: Runewars:: Rules:: Routing and retreats for heroes
by MrMT I don't fully understand how routing and retreats work for heroes. If a Hero gets involved in a battle, and The battle is lost, the hero that got involved has to retreat. If there is a...
