One thing to note is that when you RECRUIT new units, and you are at your physical limit, you can remove figures from elsewhere on the board to complete the recruitment.However, with the Necromancer ability, this is *NOT* a "recruit", and so if you run out of figures, you cannot remove figures elsewhere.
