Just a couple comments/corrections:

2.) If the attacker won the battle and has more than 8 units in one area he immediatly has to retreat the excessive units to one adjacant friendly area (if not possible to a adjacent uncontrolled area). All those units become routed as soon as they leave the area, where the battle happened. I think he even has to do that before playing tactic cards (needs clarification though)

It depends on the tactics card. Cleaning up after the battle is still part of the battle sequence, so only Tactics Cards that say they can be played during battle are legal; if you have one you want to play after the battle, you would indeed have to resolve the retreating of excess units first.

Also, just along with this, it's worth noting that you must retreat to a friendly area even if all friendly areas adjacent are full/nearly full. The only time you can retreat to an empty area is if there are zero friendly areas adjacent period.

3.) When attacking an area that has routed units in it, a battle starts (important for mobilize). If the attacker wins the strength-count afterwards, the routed units die immediatly. If the attacker loses the strength-count the routed units remain untouched.

To add to this, the routed units aren't added to the battle; they are left on the hex. So even previously routed Hexagon units wouldn't count for strength since they aren't in the battle.

It is possible for the attacker to lose the strength count (either because they themselves lose a bunch of units to something like Summon Lightning, or because there is a stronghold/development there that they didn't have strength to beat.

4.) Retreating is not the same as rout. Routed units of the winner can't leave the battle-area (they can be retreated if there are more than 8 units in this area though). If you are commanded to retreat units you don't lay them down (rout), but put them in a friendly adjacant area.

While retreating isn't the same as routing, it is important to note that all retreating units ALSO rout. IE, after moving the unit that retreats, you lay it down.

IE, all retreating units become routed, but not all routed units retreat.

a.) A routed hero can be forced into a duell, but can't draw fate-cards (p.22), they can however use their items.

This is incorrect. Routed heroes still draw fate cards during duels. The rules say "Defending heroes who are routed act as if they are not routed during a duel."

Routed heroes cannot START duels, but if they are dueled by another hero, they still fight back.

3.) Heroes are allowed to move into enemy controlled areas with strategize action.

Unfortunately, this is also incorrect. During a Strategize order, heroes can only move to friendly or empty spaces. They cannot even move into uncontrolled spaces with neutral units. The rules for Strategize say "He can only move figures into empty or friendly areas (the areas cannot contain unallied neutral units or enemy units)." It says "figures", which includes both units and heroes.

During the quest phase, and when resolving Mobilize and Conquer orders, heroes are able to move into/through enemy areas (or uncontrolled areas with neutrals) just fine, but during Strategize orders, they are limited in where they can go.
