I would add a few rules that I misread (concerning revised edition)

Setup Phase:
1.) The starting player places all the "starting location markers" equal to the playercount.

2.) You get all the information about cities as soon as the board is ready (before setup of starting location markers).

Combat:
1.) When resolving the battle, routed hexagon units count 1 strength. This means it doesn't matter if they got routed or not during battle, when calculating army-strength.

2.) If the attacker won the battle and has more than 8 units in one area he immediatly has to retreat the excessive units to one adjacant friendly area (if not possible to a adjacent uncontrolled area). All those units become routed as soon as they leave the area, where the battle happened. I think he even has to do that before playing tactic cards (needs clarification though)

3.) When attacking an area that has routed units in it, a battle starts (important for mobilize). If the attacker wins the strength-count afterwards, the routed units die immediatly. If the attacker loses the strength-count the routed units remain untouched.

4.) Retreating is not the same as rout. Routed units of the winner can't leave the battle-area (they can be retreated if there are more than 8 units in this area though). If you are commanded to retreat units you don't lay them down (rout), but put them in a friendly adjacant area.

Heroes:
1.) Heroes in Battle:
a.) Heroes can support any unit-type their owner wishes.
b.) Heroes can't be damaged or routed DURING battle.
c.) If the losing army is supported by heroes and has to retreat, heroes become routed.

2.) Hero-questphase:
a.) A routed hero can be forced into a duell, but can't draw fate-cards (p.22), they can however use their items.
b.) To attempt a quest you must choose the movement-option (even if you don't have to move).
c.) You have to choose between duelling and questing (you don't have to duell if you end your movement on an area containing an enemy hero), you can't do both.
d.) The first hero to move is decided by the number of the action card played in spring.

3.) Heroes are allowed to move into enemy controlled areas with strategize action.
4.) Heroes are allowed to be moved through enemy controlled areas with mobilize and conquer actions.
