You leave them revealed. The only way to turn them back over is with a Fortify order (and then, you can only turn face-down the runes in the selected areas).
2) Is moving into an empty enemy homerealm count as a battle? As in, can you use motivation to move into 2 enemy homerealms in one season, or use tactics cards relating to battles, when there are no defenders?
Home realm areas are ALWAYS considered to be controlled areas; entering them is always considered a battle, even if there are no units or strongholds there.
Thus, you cannot move into 2 enemy home realm areas in one Mobilize action.
3) Threatened Home Realms has some interesting situations. What if an enemy controls one of your homerealm hexes with a rune - can you move it? What if there are o spots for you to move the rune to, do you ignore the effect?
For the first part, I think this was answered, but I need to look at my Rulings document; I'll try to do so later today.
As for the latter, if you cannot move it to any legal place, the effect is ignored.
4) What happens when you trigger the Sorceress' special ability against a force of all-routed units?
If there are no standing units, then the ability has no effect.
5) Do quests HAVE to be completed during the quest phase? There are some that would allow you to complete them outside of it. For example, The Frost Tower allows you to pay 6 inf for a rune. Precedence is in the quest For Terrinoth, which HAS to be completed outside the quest phase since it is triggered by a battle.
"For Terrinoth" is the only quest that is completed outside the quest phase. All other quests must be completed during the quest phase.
