I know that the rule states that if a hero is routed out of an area he may not quest or reveal quest tokens in the new area. when we looked up the rule for the flood it stated that " opponent may move hero up to two areas away" since it the wording Move is used for the flood and not Rout, as the rule for routed hero's states, is why we allowed a quest card reviled in the new area, but not if a quest token is on the hex because that would be 2nd token reveal. only if the area moved to was a quest card currently held.whew dose that make sense? I think so. any way I hope it is the right thing to do and if not I hope to do it right. we have much love for this game.
