Regarding the strategize bit, here's the answer I got:MY QUESTION
If a player has two adjacent areas, each with 8 units, it it possible during a Strategize order to swap units between those two areas? In previous rulings, it's been mentioned that it's not necessarily simultaneous (ie, you can move some units, play a card, then move more, etc). But is it possible to move 2 units simultaneously with this order (to prevent overstacking), or would stacking not be checked until after the Strategize order is finished perhaps?
COREY'S ANSWER
you may cannot exceed the stacking limits in an area. During a strategize order, you still move units one at a time, and cannot temporarily exceed this limit.
