Hi

1) He must put 6 enemies (or 4 if your stronghold was already dammaged )

2)Yes, you can sent your neutral units alone.

3)I don't know, but I would do that.

4)Yes, you can start a duel. You could interpret this as "I move 0 hex and attack". I think the purpose of this rule is to make clear you must first move than duel, and you can't do that in reverse order (duel and than move)

5)No, you can't do all that on the same quest phase. You must choose one:

a)Heal (only if your hero is on a friendly area)
b)Training (+2 in any combination of attributes)
c)Move ( move up to 2 hex, explore tokens, if any, than duel or attempt a quest - optional )
