Indeed it is; I often have to reference the Q&A myself. I need to add an index sometime.
For what it's worth, though, the topics themselves are arranged in alphabetical order (IE, Battles, Commanders, etc). Within a section, individual cards/units are also in some kind of alphabetical order (with more "general" questions for that section being at the beginning).
