The 2010 one was sold for a very short time on the FFG site afterwards; I don't think the 2011 (or 2012, if it exists) were, so that may be why they don't have entries.

The 2012 version exists, but apparently there wasn't anything useful in there. The guy on BGG with the PDFs of the 2010 and 2011 versions recently got a hold of it and said there wasn't any content. I'd link to it, but I can't remember which FFG product forum it was in.
