The only TI3 "official" preset map I'm aware of is the one used for the Fall of the Empire scenario.
Even the document which has some map layouts aren't really completely pre-set, because the actual systems would still differ from game to game. I don't know if that method would even work with Runewars since the tiles are variably sized.
But having some more preset maps than the two Realms of Terrinoth things would be cool :)
