According to the new Revised Edition Rulebook: http://www.fantasyflightgames.com/edge_minisite_sec.asp?eidm...Heroes can freely move out of areas containing friendly activation tokens and they move through enemy and neutral territories without a problem.
Can't wait to try out the new official rules!
