I recommend it, although I would emphasize it's not "needed" to make the game awesome. The options and additions are all great, though (except Commanders, I don't like that new variant).
I also feel murky about it, some of the cards seem lame. Any ideas on how it could be fixed? (probably needs a new thread)...
