So the end result was ok but not the best but still this is for what it was:
Activation Banners, because my playgroup couldnt see all time if a hexfield was activated or not, because the markers are to small and would be overseen many times because of figures and the big map.
Now no one can complain and it looks even nicer!
If someone wants a tutorial and or the scans feel free to ask.
