The Testor's Enamel are really cheap and worth it to prevent the bases from chipping. The Rippers tails kept doing it so I also painted them in enamel 1st then painted acrylic over it.
I was hoping that the varnish over the acrylic paint on the bases is enough to prevent chipping. Am I fooling myself?
