Cyclades and Runewars are about as similar as Breaking Bad and X-Files.As in, not very.
Cyclades centers around auctions while Runewars centers around action allocation. I really don't think that you'll get deja vu by playing Runewars. You might not like it, but you definitely won't think that you can get the same experience as playing Cyclades.
