I purchased Runwars about a year ago. and just recently got the banners of war Xpack. and I have been loving This game it gives me the epic experience that I get from TI 3 but in a shorter amount of time and in a fantasy world both are a huge plus in my gaming group. I'v seen some people say that this game is dead, but I beg to differ as the game Is ranked in the top 100 of both its board game rank 59 and Strategy game rank at 43, it is also in the top ten of Thematic games, it is also being reprinted secluded for 3Q this year http://www.fantasyflightgames.com/edge_upcoming.asp. So with all that in mind I think that it is safe to say that the game is not dead and there is no Reason for some of the fans to say. So even thought it has not received a second Xpack its not dead; and maybe with the reprint maybe we will see another Xpack in the coming year or so I would love to see dwarf and orc empires, but no matter what the future hold for Runewars its not dead yet, and Fantasy Flight nor the gaming community has forgotten about it.↧
