I like this a lot!
You could for instance have all the winter season cards can include the text "Draw a Dragon Lord card" and then include a deck of Dragon Lords and place Margath as number six in this deck. The Dragon Lord cards would include stats for the particular Dragon Lord, including combat stats and worldwide game effects ("While Dragon Mithrilin is on the game board all Harvest order cards are considered blank").
