Version 14 is now up, with a LOT more rulings (as I've been lax in updating it lately). Because it's starting to get bigger, I've included a Table of Contents, and an index. The index may be useful in cases where a question refers to multiple "things", like a specific hero and a specific Reward, as I didn't want to include the same question multiple times in different places. With the index, you can look up a reward you want to read about and find where it may be referenced now.I may look for ways to broaden the index, too, in cases where questions may refer to a small subset of items but don't list them by name - I may include the names for easier reference. (I did that for a couple entries already).
