Well, almost :) There are a few cards with slightly revised text, and the revised edition comes with the "Road to Victory"-style cards that were originally in the expansion.
But there's nothing MISSING from the revised edition, in terms of critical pieces (about all that's gone is the mountains, and they are just eye candy).
