No, the orcs are definitely a separate instance.
For what it's worth, the Uthuk originally came from an old game called "Diskwars", and in that one they were very similar to that in Runewars and Rune Age - "men" that have been corrupted/mutated/etc by demonic powers. The Orcs were a separate faction in that game as well.
