The first game of Runewars I finished after getting it for Christmas ended with me as the Uthuk Y'llan wiping out all of Waiqar's forces and taking control of his last stronghold. We then read the player elimination section of the rule book and my brother scoffed at the first sentence that said, "In the rare case that a player ever controls zero areas ..."So I was wondering, how often do you see player elimination in your games? I imagine it's a lot more frequent in 2-player games.
