Ok i assume that when i move into a new hex and put an activation token there that i control that city and area. I read in the rulebook that it is a neutral settlement. But do i have to do any diplomacy to take control over it?Or do i just control it by being in the vicinity?
Also do i have to leave any troops there or something else to keep controling it once i move on?
