No, Terrinoth (the world where Runewars/Descent/Runbeound/DQ is set in) is a very different "universe" than the Azeroth universe of WOW.
That doesn't mean you couldn't create custom heroes for the figure, but there is pretty much no chance that there would ever be an official crossover (especially since FFG no longer has the rights to World of Warcraft licensed products).
